Installations

Meyer's installations have been about process, drawing inspiration from the voice of materials. Exhibitions such as A Primal Spirit were extremely important to Meyer. Asian artists, many of whom schooled in strict traditions transported the voice of materials to their unfettered works. Some pieces were unfinished, featuring materials as they are being transformed. In Anticipation of Fire, Core and Space 301 all featured materials in flux, moving from one condition toward another.
